Qualifications

  • Eligible for Out-of-Network billing with BCBS.
  • Minimum 1 year of BCBA experience preferred.
  • Strong background in school/full-day structured settings.
  • Ability to work consistently in-person Monday–Friday.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally.
  • Strong professionalism, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – In-Person Only (Englishtown, NJ)

High-Priority in-home after school hours

Autumn ABA is seeking an experienced, dedicated, and reliable BCBA for a high-priority in-person case located in Englishtown, NJ. This role is fully in-person and requires a BCBA who can provide consistent support and leadership for a client receiving after school and weekends ABA therapy.

This case includes services in:

  • Home

  • Community-based programs

  • After-school programs

The client is inservices, and needs an in person BCBA immediately.

Job Summary

The BCBA will be responsible for conducting in-person assessments, developing and overseeing the treatment plan, providing ongoing supervision and performance management for behavior technicians, collaborating with school/daycare staff, supporting caregivers, and ensuring high-quality clinical implementation across all environments.

Responsibilities
