Job summary

Heritage Ranch Golf and Country Club in Fairview, TX seeks a full-time Bartender to stock, mix and serve beverages in a fast-paced hospitality setting. You will help control costs, maintain inventory, and ensure compliance with state liquor laws while delivering excellent guest service.

Qualifications include a minimum of 2 years bartending experience, 21+ to serve alcohol, knowledge of cocktails and wines, and Alcohol Awareness Training.

Qualifications

• 2 YEAR MINIMUM BARTENDING EXPERIENCE.
• High School Diploma or GED and one year of bartending experience and/or training.
• Must be at least 21 years of age to serve alcohol.
• Knowledge of cocktail recipes and wine varieties.
• Alcohol Awareness Training.

Responsibilities

• Stocks bar, mixes and serves alcoholic beverages, assists in cost control and inventory records.
• Maintains inventory control and communicates supplies needed to management.
• Ensures compliance with state liquor laws and SOPs.
• Communicates guest requests to the Department Manager.
• Performs opening/closing duties including inventory, cash control, cleaning, restocking.
• Accounts for checks and cash transactions; uses POS system.
• Reviews banquet schedule and events calendar.
• Serves catered parties from service or portable bars.
• Occasionally serves meals to guests.
• Incorporates safe work practices in performance.
• Performs other duties as required.
