Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, beer, wine, cocktails, and beverage prep.
• Able to prepare both classic and specialty cocktails.
• Bartending or responsible alcohol service certification is a plus.
• Basic computer/ POS and math skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong teamwork and hospitality-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a warm, professional manner.
• Take beverage and food orders accurately and serve promptly.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages per recipes and standards.
• Mix and present cocktails with consistency and proper presentation.
• Recommend beverages based on preferences and menu selections.
• Provide information about wines, beers, spirits, and cocktails.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar area throughout shifts.
• Process guest checks and payments using the Club's POS system.
• Follow Ridgewood Country Club policies and safety requirements.
• Support events, banquets, and special occasions as needed.
