Job summary

Western State Bank in Devils Lake, ND is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Representative to deliver a superior in-branch and remote experience. You will handle transactions, assist customers, and cross-sell solutions to meet banking needs.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, cash handling experience preferred, and the ability to work 9:00 a.m. to 6:15 p.m. Monday–Friday, with up to two Saturdays monthly. Benefits are included.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle transactions with customers in person or via the phone, email, and online in an accurate, professional and efficient manner reflective of our vision, core values, and team guidelines and our ability to provide a superior customer experience.
• Refer customers to other departments in the bank by looking for opportunities to cross-sell and recognizing customer needs and corresponding solutions.
• Balance draw on a daily basis, complete required compliance trainings, order supplies, and assist with miscellaneous internal projects.
• Other duties and responsibilities as needed or assigned.
