Responsibilities include preparing doughs and pricing merchandise, stocking and rotating items, and assisting with inventory and labeling. Flexibility for afternoons/evenings/weekends/holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to greet customers and handle bakery orders with a friendly, efficient approach.
• Experience with bakery operations and maintaining case freshness and presentation.
• Basic computer and math skills needed for ordering and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Smile, greet customers, and assist with bakery and cake orders in-store or by phone.
• Merchandise, rotate, and stock bakery products to keep displays fresh.
• Prepare doughs, batters, and mixtures; weigh and price merchandise per policy.
• Follow Bakery Safety Program and health code; keep equipment and counters clean.
• Support team, train when needed, communicate inventory needs to bakery management.
• Transport products to storage areas, stock shelves, monitor signage and freshness.
• Follow rules, safety guidelines, weights and measures, ensure labeling accuracy.
• Perform additional tasks to support bakery operations.
