You will rotate stock, prepare doughs as directed, assist customers by phone or in-store, and help maintain a welcoming, organized bakery area while following company standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in bakery operations preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic math and computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Smile, greet customers and assist with bakery and cake orders.
• Merchandise, rotate, and stock bakery products.
• Prepare doughs, batters, and mixtures as directed; weigh and price items.
• Follow bakery safety and sanitation programs; maintain clean area.
• Assist coworkers and communicate inventory needs to management.
• Transport products to storage, stock shelves, monitor signage and freshness.
• Ensure labeling accuracy and comply with weights and measures.
• Perform additional tasks to support bakery operations.
