Position Details

This is a full-time position responsible for baking products according to standards, processing, packaging, and stocking Fresh Foods products, cleaning work areas, providing customer service, unloading stock, and reloading salvage.

Requirements and Skills

1. Must be at least 18 years old.
2. Personal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills, willingness to participate in training, and teamwork.
3. Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED, or 1-3 months related experience/training.
4. Language Skills: Ability to read, write, and present in English.
5. Mathematical Skills: Basic addition and subtraction, handling money and weight measurements.
6. Reasoning Ability: Ability to follow instructions and solve problems with concrete variables.
7. Certificates: Completion of company's training including food safety and customer service.
8. Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 30 pounds regularly, and perform physical tasks as described.
9. Work Environment: Moderate to loud, with exposure to temperature extremes, fumes, and chemicals.

Compensation

Pay range is between $15.45/hr and $22.50/hr, depending on experience and skills.
