Avride is hiring Autonomous Vehicle Operators in Dallas to drive our autonomous vehicles on real roads with real passengers. You will operate vehicles with a focus on safety, perform in-field testing, and interact with riders and engineers to help improve navigation systems.

Qualifications

• Professional driver with a strong commitment to safety.
• Clean driving record and 3+ years of licensed driving.
• Excellent situational awareness and judgment in traffic.

Responsibilities

• Operate autonomous vehicles safely on real roads with passengers.
• Provide feedback to engineers and operations leaders.
• Conduct in-field testing and safety checks of vehicles daily.
• Prepare vehicles for operations with safety checks and readiness.
• Submit detailed reports to support system improvements.
• Anticipate other drivers and pedestrians and react quickly.
• Remain alert and distraction-free while in vehicles.
