Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Prior experience as a Service Advisor is helpful, but not required.
• Professional appearance and proven ability to work in a process driven environment.
• Possess a current and valid driver's license.
• Ability to work Monday - Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner in person and on the telephone.
• Listen to and document customer concerns; inspect vehicle and reference service history.
• Recommend services and clearly communicate additional recommendations from technicians.
• Promote services, parts, and accessories and document recommendations in the customer file.
• Provide accurate quotes with cost and time of completion; update customers daily.
• Follow procedures when cashing out and explain warranties and inspections.
• Conduct post repair follow-up calls and track returns and warranty parts.
