Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and on the phone using standardized customer service techniques.
• Listen to and document customer concerns; inspect vehicle and reference service history.
• Recommend services and clearly communicate additional recommendations from technicians.
• Provide accurate quotes including cost and time of completion; update customers on status.
