Job summary

The role supports technicians, drives service sales, and ensures a positive customer experience throughout the vehicle service process.

The position is full-time with a Monday–Saturday schedule, offering compensation of $40K–$60K depending on experience plus benefits. Equal employment opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Prior experience as a Service Advisor is helpful, but not required.
• Professional appearance and proven ability to work in a process driven environment.
• Possess a current and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work Monday - Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly in person and on the phone in a professional manner.
• Listen to and document customer concerns; inspect vehicle and reference service history to identify needs.
• Recommend services based on knowledge; coordinate with technicians and document recommendations.
• Promote relevant services, parts, and accessories with understanding of requirements.
• Provide accurate quotes with cost and time estimates; update customers on progress.
• Process transactions and explain warranties and inspections to customers clearly.
• Conduct post-repair follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Track returns and warranty parts for individual customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
