Job summary

Pick Your Part is hiring for a hands-on Customer Service/Sales role at our Fontana location. The team helps customers in person, identifies parts using our inventory system, and processes transactions at the front counter.

The individual will also coordinate with yard staff to pull parts, set up displays, and handle returns while contributing to a team-focused, growth-oriented workplace.

Responsibilities

• In-person sales: provide immediate, high-quality service to walk-in customers.
• Parts identification: use inventory software to find exact matches for vehicles.
• Sales: manage front counter, process cash/credit transactions using POS.
• Yard coordination: coordinate with parts pullers to retrieve requested parts.
• Merchandising: set up and maintain displays to drive impulse sales.
• Core & returns: inspect returned parts and process credits or warranty claims.
• Assumes other duties as assigned.
