Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in coaching or athletic administration.
• Experience with middle and high school students.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to communicate with students, parents, faculty, staff, and administration.
• Willingness to advocate for the school.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Background check and Safe Environment compliance required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain all student-athlete documentation.
• Ensure compliance with league, state, and diocesan athletic regulations.
• Manage athletic participation records and registrations.
• Coordinate transportation and travel logistics for athletic events.
• Coordinate athletic equipment and uniform ordering.
• Develop and maintain an inventory management system for athletic equipment and supplies.
• Support game-day operations and event logistics.
• Recruit, organize, and communicate with parents and community volunteers for athletic events.
• Assist with planning and coordinating athletic events, competitions, and activities.
• Complete other duties as assigned by the Assistant Principal of Formation.
