Qualifications

• Familiarity with TAPPS regulations and competition structure.

• Commitment to Catholic education and student formation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all levels of the Bishop Dunne archery program.
• Establish a clear program identity aligned with Bishop Dunne values and TAPPS standards.
• Prepare teams for TAPPS district, bi-district, and playoff competition.
• Hire, mentor, and evaluate assistant coaches; ensure alignment across program levels.
• Manage equipment, uniforms, and facilities; oversee program budget.
• Coordinate scheduling, travel, and tournament operations with Athletic Department.
• Maintain records for eligibility, rosters, and required reporting.
