CAPITOL REGION EDUCATION COUNCIL's Discovery Academy is seeking a Full-Time Associate Instructor to support individual and group instruction, manage behavioral expectations, and handle various classroom tasks. Candidates may also provide targeted literacy or math interventions.

Experience with data collection and analysis is highly desirable, and applicants may be asked to substitute when classroom teachers are absent. A Bachelor's degree in education or related field is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in education or related field is required.
• Experience with diverse population of primary-aged students in a public school is desired (2–5 years).
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents and teachers is required.

Responsabilidades

• Work with individual and group student instruction and behavioral management.
• Perform various classroom tasks as assigned and provide targeted literacy or math interventions if needed.
• Possess experience with data collection and analysis (highly desirable).
• May substitute when classroom teachers are absent.
