Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join our Williamsport, PA area practice. The Dentist will deliver comprehensive care from exams to treatment planning and delivery, covering in-office specialties such as periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

Expect up to a $20,000 sign-on and a daily/weekly schedule of 8AM–5PM, 4–5 days per week, with a guaranteed daily rate or 36% collections potential.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Vaccination against Hepatitis B.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plans with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
• Maintain high standards of care, ethics, and professionalism.
• Stay current with new developments and continuing education.

Education
