Job summary

42North Dental is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join our Montoursville, PA practice. The role covers the full patient care spectrum from exams and treatment planning to delivering comprehensive dental care, including in-office perio, endo, surgery, and orthodontics as needed.

We offer a competitive compensation package with a daily guarantee or up to 36% of collections, plus a sign-on bonus up to $20,000 and a robust benefits program to support ongoing education and wellness.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and plan treatment.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and discuss treatment plans with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform dental surgical procedures as needed.
• Maintain high standards of care and ethics in all patient interactions.
