Job summary

42North Dental is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join our Montoursville/Williamsport area practice. You will oversee the patient experience from exam to delivery of care, including in-office specialty services and restorative procedures.

The role offers a competitive salary range, a $20,000 sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits. Expect 4–5 days per week, 8AM–5PM, with daily guarantee or 36% collections potential.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state dental license to practice in the relevant state.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on treatment options.
• Create and discuss treatment plans with patients.
• Review and maintain patients' medical and dental records.
• Interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive care.
• Perform surgical procedures as needed.
• Maintain high standards of ethics and professionalism.
