42 North Dental is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist for our Montoursville, PA location. You will manage the full patient experience from exam to treatment, with in-office specialists including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

The role offers a competitive annual rate ($150,000–$250,000) with up to 36% collections and a $20K sign-on bonus, in a 4–5 day workweek (8 AM–5 PM). Comprehensive benefits and CE opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current license to practice dentistry in the state.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination and malpractice insurance.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and create treatment plans.
• Educate patients on options and alternatives.
• Perform restorative and preventive dental care.
• Conduct surgical procedures as needed.
• Maintain patient records and radiographs with accuracy.
