Discovery Kidzone in Clancy, MT is hiring a Full-Time Assistant Toddler Teacher. No prior childcare experience is required; paid training is provided. You will support a Lead Teacher to nurture toddlers, encourage exploration, and build essential skills in a safe learning environment.

Ideal candidates are patient, team-oriented, and eager to learn. CPR certification or willingness to obtain it within 30 days is preferred, and Montana licensing training will be supported.

• Assist with meals, naps, toileting, transitions, and daily routines.
• Observe children’s development and share updates with families.
• Collaborate with Lead Teacher and classroom team.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and healthy learning environment.
• Follow health, safety, and Montana licensing requirements.

What You'll Do

As an Assistant Toddler Teacher, you'll help create a classroom where toddlers feel safe, supported, and excited to learn.

You’ll:

• Assist with the daily care and supervision of toddlers

You don't need previous childcare experience. We're looking for someone who is:

• Passionate about working with toddlers
• Patient, dependable, caring, and positive

• A strong communicator
• Able to guide children with kindness and consistency
• Interested in early childhood development
• Willing to learn and complete all required Montana licensing training
• CPR Certified (or willing to obtain within 30 days of hire)

Previous childcare experience is a plus, but not required. Paid training is provided!
