Full Time Assistant Store Manager-Pine Lake

Job Summary

This position is responsible for maintaining a high-energy, positive environment, fostering client-centric service, and driving store performance. The Assistant Salon Director manages and supervises Tanning Consultants, leads by example, and ensures operational excellence to meet productivity goals. They foster a sense of urgency and hold the team accountable for delivering an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage daily salon operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Lead by example in creating a client-centric experience and meeting sales expectations.
  • Maintain a professional and clean salon environment.
  • Set clear goals for team members and provide coaching and feedback.
  • Generate sales reports, manage inventory, and assist with Salon Director functions.
  • Help control revenue and expenses, and maintain proper staffing levels.
  • Work nights, weekends, and have reliable transportation.
  • Work approximately 35 hours per week, depending on status.
Qualifications
  • Management and/or sales experience required.
  • Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple situations.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
  • Team building and organizational skills.
Physical Requirements
  • Stand and walk for long periods.
  • Bend, lift, and perform cleaning functions.
