  • A love for fashion, fitness, and lifestyle trends.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with customers who are looking for the latest styles.
  • Ability to work with your team to create visually stunning product displays that showcase your eye for design and fashion.

Compensation & Schedule:

  • Compensation starts between $47-55,000+/year (includes commissions and incentives), depending on experience and skills.
  • Average hours: 41 hours/week. A typical schedule includes two opening shifts (9 AM - 5 PM), two closing shifts (12 PM - 9 PM), a consistent weekday off, and alternating weekends.
  • Training: Product training twice a month on Tuesday or Wednesday evenings from 5:30-7:00 PM, individualized business training with a mentor each week.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead with Style: Stay ahead of fashion trends and help guests find their perfect look.
  • Own Your Shop: Curate your department with the latest fashion-forward items and manage inventory.
  • Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and inspire your teammates.
  • Customer Experience: Deliver an unparalleled shopping experience by connecting with customers and offering personalized product recommendations.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed personal sales goals while providing excellent customer service.
  • Be knowledgeable to answer questions concerning location, price, and use of merchandise.
  • Follow instructions for specific requests from customers, while maintaining safety requirements.
  • Analyze reports and make decisions about purchasing of inventory and sales trends.
  • Stock shelves and counters with merchandise while merchandising to Scheels standards.
  • Communicate professionally with vendors and/or outside sales representatives.
  • Train associates on the proper use and basic knowledge of merchandise.
  • Attend weekly required sales and product knowledge training meetings.
  • Be professional in appearance and attitude, contributing to a positive team atmosphere.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents and perform basic math.
  • Ability to work assigned schedule; may include varied hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Promote the Scheels Visa Rewards card and explain all benefits.

Education & Experience:

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, with 1-3 months related experience or training.
