Job summary

LOFT in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking an Assistant Manager to support customer experience and shape a strong store culture among associates.

You will lead on the sales floor, model brand behaviors, coach teammates, and ensure an inclusive environment while leveraging technology for seamless omnichannel shopping.

This role partners with the Store Manager on recruiting and developing talent, driving operational excellence, and delivering consistent results.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail management experience (preferred).
• Hospitality mindset in customer and associate interactions.
• Proficient with point-of-sale systems.
• Strong business acumen and ability to drive results.
• Proactive, with good decision-making.
