LOFT in Winston Salem, NC is seeking an Assistant Manager to elevate the customer experience and nurture a positive store culture. You will lead on the sales floor, model brand behaviors, and support recruiting, hiring, and development of talent.

This role emphasizes hospitality, tech fluency with POS, and data-driven action plans to drive sales and service. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to deliver seamless omnichannel experiences and operational excellence.

Formación

• Retail management experience (1+ year) preferred.
• Hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Tech-savvy with ability to operate a POS system.
• Strong business acumen and ability to implement action plans to drive results.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.

Job requirements

You'll bring to the role 1+ year retail management experience (preferred).
