LOFT in Salem, NH is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the customer experience and shape store culture. You will lead on the sales floor, coach associates, and partner with the Store Manager to drive results.

This role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and accountability across daily operations and omnichannel initiatives. Ideal candidates have 1+ year of retail management, a hospitality mindset, and comfort with a POS system.
