Job summary

LOFT is seeking an Assistant Manager to support customer experience and shape a strong store culture for associates. This role leads on the sales floor, mentors teammates, and ensures an inclusive, tech-enabled omnichannel shopping environment in Winston-Salem, NC.

The position requires 2+ years of retail management experience and a hospitality mindset, with proficiency in POS systems and a strong business sense to drive results.
