Job summary

Global Medical Response is hiring an Ambulance Operator (Driver) to respond to emergency and non-emergency transportation requests. You will deliver high-quality care and customer service to patients while maintaining safety and compliance.

Responsibilities include documenting trips, performing vehicle checks, and coordinating with health and safety personnel. A valid driver’s license and GED are required; CPR is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid state driver’s license.

• CPR certification preferred.
• Clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency and non-emergency requests for transportation.
• Document trip information and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Maintain a clean, safe vehicle and complete vehicle checklists.
• Communicate via radio and follow security standards.
• Operate equipment such as stretcher, hydraulic lift, and wheelchair.
• Collaborate with health and safety personnel and operations team.
