You will conduct routine patrols, monitor access, document activities, and respond to alarms in a calm, solution-focused manner while adhering to site policies and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check required under federal, state, and local laws.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security procedures and emergency responses.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations following reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of facilities, exterior areas, and access points.
• Monitor visitor, contractor, and employee access and document activities.
• Deter unauthorized activity by maintaining a professional presence and reporting concerns.
