Enterprise Holdings, operating Enterprise Mobility, is hiring a full-time Customer Experience Representative at Lehigh Valley Airport in Allentown, PA. You will greet customers, explain rental terms, and offer optional products to ensure a smooth rental experience.

The role requires 18+ years old, US work authorization, a high school diploma or GED, and a clean driving record. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k) with matching profit sharing, paid time off, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year prior customer service, retail, or administrative support experience.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction in the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Provide superior, efficient customer service by explaining rental terms and options including protection products, upgrades, fuel options and equipment.
• Offer directions, maps, and local area information to customers.
• Answer calls for reservations, rate quotes, and general questions; provide information and resolutions to customers and other branches.
• Place calls for callbacks and miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
• Assist in assessing rental condition upon return and communicating any issues to management.
• Support knowledge growth through on-the-job training and company programs.
