Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required as per federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security procedures.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and authorization, issue access materials, and maintain access records.
• Screen visitors, vendors, vehicles, and deliveries according to site procedures; report access concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and access-control issues in a calm, problem-solving manner and follow escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of facility access points and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
