• Screen visitors, vendors, vehicles, and deliveries according to site procedures; report access concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and access-control issues in a calm, problem-solving manner and follow escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of facility access points and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.

As an Access Control Security Professional at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor access activity, and assist employees, visitors, and vendors with exceptional customer service. You will help maintain an orderly environment, report security-related concerns, and support daily operations through clear communication and professional presence. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an industrial location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and authorization, issue visitor and contractor access materials, and maintain accurate access-control records.
• Screen incoming visitors, vendors, vehicles, and deliveries in accordance with site procedures; communicate access concerns or irregularities to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control issues, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of facility access points, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
