Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency in Georgia is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive therapy services that improve mobility, reduce pain, and prevent deformities. You will assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment in collaboration with physicians, patients, and families.

You will document evaluations and sessions, maintain confidentiality and ethical standards, and contribute to a positive patient experience through teamwork and continuous education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• Licenses including Physical Therapist licensure and BLS certification.
• Effective communication and customer service orientation.
