Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy required.
• Licensure as a Physical Therapist and BLS certification required.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and revise treatment plans with patient and family input.
• Provide patient education, discharge instructions, and referrals.
• Collaborate with physicians to establish and evaluate treatment programs.
• Document evaluations and treatments per guidelines.
• Maintain ethical standards, confidentiality, and professional appearance.
• Communicate effectively with team members and participate in meetings.
• Support patient-centered service using AIDET principles and foster teamwork.
