Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortably using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service while following site policies and access-control protocols.
• Monitor and control access by verifying credentials and registering visitors.
• Respond to incidents and alarm events calmly and according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of entry points, production areas, and perimeters.
• Report observations and issues to site contacts and leadership.
