Qualifications

One year of security-related experience.
TSA-issued TWIC
Customer service experience preferred.
Access control and badge experience preferred.
Guard card or license preferred.
Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out access control procedures and site policies.
Monitor access points, verify credentials, maintain visitor/contractor records and control authorized movement.
Respond to access-related incidents and alarms following reporting and escalation procedures.
Conduct regular patrols of entry points, perimeters, parking areas, and other locations.
Document daily activities and access-control concerns per Allied Universal procedures.
