As a Security Officer Full Time Entry Credentialing in Gainesville, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor access activity, and respond to alarm panel notifications. You will help maintain a secure environment through visible presence, clear communication, and customer-focused service. Pay Rate: $15.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Tue 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Wed 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Thur 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Fri 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control protocols, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor and control access to the manufacturing and industrial location by verifying credentials, registering visitors, issuing access credentials, and maintaining visitor logs.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following established site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, production areas, parking areas, and the perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
• Report observations, access-control issues, and unusual activity to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortably using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
