Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, members, and visitors by carrying out access-control procedures and site policies.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, maintain visitor logs, and direct authorized individuals per procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate to appropriate personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of residential, recreational, parking, and perimeter areas to identify security concerns.
• Document daily activities and incidents accurately and communicate during shift handoffs.
