Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required per policy.
• Computer or tablet proficiency is preferred.
• State, county, or city security license preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Applicants must be 18+ for unarmed roles (21+ for armed).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check as per federal/state/local laws.
• Criminal histories may be considered in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may vary by state/locality.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel at a food and beverage production location.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify authorizations, issue credentials, maintain access records.
• Control access for deliveries and service providers to protect restricted areas.
• Respond to access-related incidents and alarms; document observations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points and facilities to identify issues.
