Qualifications

• CPR certification preferred; background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and execute site-specific security procedures, access-control policies, and emergency responses.
• Monitor and control access to the location by verifying credentials, logging visitors, and directing personnel.
• Respond to alarms and incidents in a calm, solution-oriented manner following reporting channels.
• Conduct regular patrols of entry points, receiving areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized access.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports and document access-related incidents.
