Children's Specialized ABA in North Brunswick, NJ, seeks a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD in clinic or home settings under BCBA supervision.

We cover RBT exam costs, provide paid training, weekly supervision, CEUs, and advancement opportunities. Candidates should be 18+, have a HS diploma, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification preferred, training provided if not yet certified.
• Experience with children, ASD experience preferred.
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule.
• Physically able to perform duties (e.g., lifting up to 40 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions in-home or clinic-based.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use CentralReach to conduct assessments and track data.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive supervision.
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care as needed.
