Job summary

Cole Health seeks Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) or Paraprofessionals to join our on-site team in Cypress, TX. You will implement behavior plans for children with Autism, supervised by a BCBA, and participate in data collection and progress reporting.

Qualifications

• Energetic candidate who enjoys working with children with Autism.
• Willing to learn and grow with feedback from BCBA supervision.

Responsibilities

• Support kids with autism by implementing behavior plans to teach functional skills.
• Collaborate with team and BCBA for program delivery and data collection.
• Collect and summarize data as outlined in the treatment plan.
• Attend daily to service kids in early intervention programs.
