Job summary

Cole Health in Pearland, TX is seeking a Full Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children diagnosed with Autism. This role requires a minimum of 1 year experience and offers an hourly rate between $18-$20 based on qualifications.

Full Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Paraprofessional – experience required: at least 1 year working with children with Autism.

Hourly Rate: $18.00-$20.00/hour depending on RBT Competency Exam/Experience.

Location: 8603 Broadway Street, Suite 170, Pearland, TX 77584.

Primary Job Responsibilities of a Behavior Technician:

• Energetic individual who enjoys working with children with Autism.
• Support our kids with autism by implementing a behavior support plan that teaches functional language skills, developmental milestones, self‑help skills, self‑advocacy skills, social skills, and customized programs as we put our patients first in their journey with us.
• Work collaboratively with our team and be able to grow with feedback.
• Get direct support and clinical supervision from our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and staff.
• Learn how to collect and summarize data as specified by the individualized treatment plan.
• Daily attendance is critical as we service our kids in their early intervention programs.

Qualifications / Preferred Backgrounds:

• Camp Counselor, Childcare Volunteer, Sunday School Teacher.
• Teaching, Special Education, Sociology, Human Development, Early Childhood Development, or Psychology degree (a college degree in any field preferred).
