Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Pearland, TX is hiring a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. You will follow personalized treatment plans, collect session data, and help kids learn through play, movement, reading, and hands-on activities.

No experience required; paid training and full coverage of RBT certification. Must be at least 18, have a Bachelor's degree, and be willing to complete RBT certification within 20 days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; proof of degree must be provided.
• At least 18 years old and able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Experience in childcare or health sciences is a plus.

Responsibilities
