Job summary
Action Behavior Centers is hiring for a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. You will follow treatment plans, collect data, and help kids learn through play and hands-on activities in a supportive team setting.
No experience is necessary as paid training and full coverage of your RBT certification are provided. This full-time role offers predictable daytime hours Monday to Friday, with potential Saturdays based on patient
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Paid training and fully cover your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
- Experience in childcare or mental health roles is a PLUS (not required).
Responsibilities
- Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
- Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
- Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
- Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
- Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
