Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Autism is hiring full-time Behavior Techs to work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.

You will follow treatment plans, collect data, and help kids learn through play and activities. Training is provided, and RBT certification is fully covered. Benefits include health coverage and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; proof of degree must be provided before offer.
• Paid training and fully covered RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Master's Degree holders may be eligible for higher pay per hour.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
