Action Behavior Centers in Manor, TX is hiring for a full-time Behavior Technician to support children with autism through play-based ABA therapy. No experience is required as paid training and full coverage of the RBT certification are provided.

The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with optional Saturdays based on patient needs. Starting pay is listed by education level, with Bachelor's degree applicants earning $20–$25.50 per hour and Master's degree candidates earning $22–$27 per hour.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required (proof of degree must be provided).

Responsibilities

• You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
