Job summary

Ivy ABA, part of the Ivy Rehab Network, is hiring a Behavior Technician in Brighton, MI. You will assist the BCBA with documentation, billing, treatments, and interventions while helping children and families learn new skills in autism therapy.

You will support clinicians, build professional relationships with teams and families, and grow through the organization’s mentoring and development programs.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a therapy facility or related field suggested.
• RBT certification or pursuit of certification preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist with documentation, billing, treatments and interventions under a BCBA.
• Support clinicians and help children and families learn new skills and techniques.
• Communicate effectively with teammates, families and patients.
