Job summary

Ivy ABA, part of the Ivy Rehab Network, is seeking a Behavior Technician to assist with documentation, billing, treatments and interventions under a BCBA. You will support clinicians and help children and families learn new skills and techniques with therapy that is most effective for autism.

Qualifications

• Suggested 1 year experience in a therapy facility or related field or student in a therapy curriculum.
• Applied Behavior Analysis Technician experience and/or training preferred.
• Certification as an RBT, or willingness to obtain certification with supervision.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility with changing workload.
• Self-motivated with drive to exceed patient expectations.
