Job summary

Ivy ABA, part of the Ivy Rehab Network, is seeking a Behavior Technician in Michigan. You will assist with documentation, billing, treatments, and interventions under a BCBA. You will support clinicians and help children and their families learn new skills with evidence-based ABA therapy.

Qualifications

• 1 year of therapy facility experience or student in therapy program preferred.
• RBT certification or active pursuit in supervision is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrate adaptability with changing workload and priorities.
• Proven customer service and patient care experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with documentation, billing, treatments and interventions under a BCBA direction.
• Support clinicians and help children and families learn new skills and techniques.
• Communicate effectively with teammates, families and patients to ensure quality care.
