Ivy ABA, part of the Ivy Rehab Network, seeks a Behavior Technician to support documentation, billing and interventions under a BCBA. You will help clinicians and families learn new skills through effective therapy, building strong professional relationships with teammates, families and patients.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a therapy facility or related field.
• RBT certification preferred or willingness to obtain with supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist with documentation and billing in the ABA program.
• Support treatments and interventions under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Communicate effectively with teammates, families and patients.
• Contribute to setting up and delivering therapy sessions and data collection.
